Cushman Wakefield Commercial Real Estate Video Project

Vibrant Media Productions, LLC produced the marketing video for the Crest at Millenia project (A newly built Class A apartment complex), helping result in a $42.8 million sale by an Atlanta investment firm.

Centennial Holding Co. LLC’s related Centennial Millenia LLC on Oct. 5 spent a solid $170,000 per unit to buy the 252-unit Crest at Millenia apartments from LMC Millenia Holdings LLC, an entity related to Miami-based Lennar Multifamily Communities LLC, Orange County records showed. Jay Ballard and Ken Delvillar represented Lennar Multifamily in the sale.

The property was being marketed as a “core” investment offering, adjacent to the Millenia submarket’s commercial hub and “tremendous” access to high-end shopping, restaurants and entertainment, according to a Cushman & Wakefield marketing package.

Incorporating a facility of this size including structure, models, amenities, motion graphics and area lifestyle b-roll into a 120 second promo video required a long shot list, multiple locations, and a massive amount of planning and post-production work.
