Cushman Wakefield Commercial Real Estate Video Project

Cushman Wakefield Senior Director Ken Delvillar and Executive Director Jay Ballard represented a joint venture of Boston-based Panther Properties sold Orlando-based Integra Land Company in the disposition valued at $67.9 million ($178,700 per unit). New York-based Praedium Group was the buyer.

“The asset is one of many over there in the I-Drive corridor that had a few competitive lease-ups,” Delvillar told OBJ, adding that the property was nearly 90 percent leased at the time of the sale. “It spent about seven weeks on the market, which is a little longer than normal but we wanted it to get more exposure.”

Incorporating a facility of this size including structure, models, amenities, motion graphics and area lifestyle b-roll into a 120 second promo video required a long shot list, multiple locations, and a massive amount of planning and post-production work.

Our editing team truly shined on this one. As this location is in close proximity to the Orlando Attractions in the Tourist Corridor, we were charged with condensing both the property and surrounding area lifestyle into a multifaceted sales tool. After many hours of editing and client revisions this video was a stunning success for all concerned.
